Terms of Use

By downloading or using ScanCove, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Using ScanCove

ScanCove is an iOS app that scans receipts and helps you create expense reports. You may use it only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and export.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the receipts, images, and data you create or import. This content is stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud, in your own iCloud account. We do not claim ownership of it and do not access it.

3. Subscriptions

ScanCove Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly or yearly and billed through your Apple App Store account. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

4. Free trial

The yearly plan may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription automatically. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use ScanCove for unlawful purposes, do not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the app, and do not submit content that infringes others' rights. We may limit or discontinue features to protect the service or comply with law.

6. Disclaimer

ScanCove is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI recognition may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing extracted data before relying on it for reimbursement, accounting, or tax purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
